Delivery time (US): 8–10 business days on average.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, holiday periods, or carrier-related issues. Zavira US cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
3. Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

4. Return Process

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

7. Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately.

A claim filed with the carrier, or

A signed declaration of non-receipt.
Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. After processing (usually within 48–72 hours), cancellations are no longer possible.
